Hi there! I'm Tami Tate, my real estate career began in WA in 2005 and extends beyond mere transactions; it revolves around embodying my core values – authenticity, professionalism, care, and trustworthiness. 

I specialize in Snohomish, Skagit, King, and Pierce counties, connecting with clients, especially those diving into their first home or considering a change in size.  I've assisted hundreds of clients in achieving their real estate aspirations, and in the process, they've become cherished friends.

My commitment is centered on fostering genuine, transparent, enduring relationships with everyone I'm privileged to assist.  Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about exploring the world whether by plane, car, or motorcycle and preparing feasts for my large family.  Fun fact: chocolate is my favorite food.
